Who we are ?

On the 1st January 1995, 19 communities decided to help each other and work together and thus the Group of District Communities of Sainte Mère Eglise was formed. 
Today this group comprises 28 communities in the district which number nearly 8676 inhabitants spread over 230 km².
Come and discover, a short distance from the landing beaches, an area of great natural beauty with an exceptional heritage : le Plain

Take a walk in the area and discover châteaux and manor farms, forgotten mills and Roman bell towers.
